Project 008 – Double Oatmeal Stout
Class III · 330 ml · ABV 10% vol · IBU 40
The Double Oatmeal Stout was a style popular in England during the 19th century. As the name suggests oats are used as a central flavor and we chose to add coffee to strengthen the roasted tones.

Brewmaster Daniel’s Comment
– When I created this recipe inspiration came from my favourite dessert – fudge with an espresso on the side! Together with the gang from Johan & Nyström we ran through a few options and finally decided on the Ethiopian Gedeo bean to showcase the perfect marriage of beer and coffee..
