This classic beer style that has become one of the world’s most popular. The name is of German origin (and means ‘to store’) and refers to the beer’s ability to slowly improve while conditioning in comparison to many other styles.
Unlike a classic lager our modern interpretation offers more hoppy notes. The hops we use are meant to give the beer an extra dimension while still retaining a sense of lightness in a beer that’s easy to drink.

– What more is there to say? I’ve added a little seasoning with citrusy American hops but it’s nothing more than a great tasting Modern Lager. Sometimes less is more!
